Mountain Biking

A variety of mountain bike and e-bike routes wind through the entire Pitztal valley. The options range from leisurely rides along the valley floor to athletic routes and challenging trails.

Trail Running

Signposted trails of varying lengths and difficulty levels make the Pitztal a popular destination for trail runners. Right in Mandarfen, the free Trail Running ParKUHr offers various stations for strength, coordination, and balance.

Climbing

Climbing walls, via ferrata routes, and bouldering areas offer challenges for both beginners and experienced climbers. In case of bad weather, the Kletterstadl in Stillebach also provides a weather-proof option.

Rafting on Lake Rifflsee

Europe's highest raft ride takes you across Lake Rifflsee, located at an elevation of 2,232 meters. During the approximately 45-minute ride, you'll experience the mountain lake and the surrounding glacial landscape from a unique perspective.

Kneipp Facility & Stillebach Swimming Lake

On warm summer days, the natural swimming lake with its sunbathing area is the perfect place to swim and relax. Right next to it, the Kneipp facility—featuring cold spring water from Stillebach—offers a refreshing way to cool off.

XP High Ropes Course in Jerzens

At XP Adventure Park, several courses of varying difficulty wind through the forest. Rope bridges, climbing structures, and the Flying Fox make for a fun-filled outing for families, groups, and adventure seekers.

ZirbenPark at Hochzeiger

The adventure trail, which is about one kilometer long, leads from the Hochzeiger midway station through the Swiss stone pine forest. With more than 18 play and adventure stations, marble runs, a large adventure tower, and the ZirbenWasser water playground, ZirbenPark offers a varied family outing.
