Reservation Information

- Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m.
- Check-out by 11:00 a.m.
- If you will not arrive until after 8:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival, please let us know in advance.
- If you have booked half-board, please arrive in time for dinner. If this is not possible, please let us know in advance.
- You can settle your final bill by 8:00 p.m. the night before or starting at 8:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Breakfast from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m.
- Dinner from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- If you've booked half-board, you'll enjoy a varied 4-course dinner each evening. A vegetarian option is always available.
- Please let us know about any allergies or food intolerances before your arrival so that we can accommodate them as best as possible.
Our restaurant and café is open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. during our season.
For an additional charge of €10.00, we'd be happy to put together a packed lunch for you. On the day of your departure, you can take it with you instead of breakfast.
Please order your packed lunch by 6:00 p.m. the night before. Putting together your own packed lunch from the breakfast buffet is not included in the breakfast price.
All prices are in euros per person per night and include the booked meals and the listed included services. A local tax of €4.00 per person per night (for guests 15 years of age and older) will be charged in addition.
The prices and services listed in your quote or booking confirmation are binding.
A reservation is binding as soon as it has been completed through our online booking system or confirmed by us in writing.
If a deposit is required for your reservation, you will find the amount, the payment deadline, and our bank information in your reservation confirmation.
You can pay your hotel bill in cash, with a debit card, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. You can also pay in advance by bank transfer.
Free parking spaces are available for our guests right in front of the hotel.
You can use our Wi-Fi for free throughout the hotel.
Dogs are welcome here and must be registered at the time of booking. Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the dining room.
We charge €15.00 per dog per night, not including food. Any additional final cleaning that may be required will be billed separately.
The following cancellation policies apply to direct bookings, unless different terms have been agreed upon in your offer or booking confirmation.
For bookings made through travel portals, travel agencies, or tour operators, the terms and conditions agreed upon through those channels apply. Different cancellation policies may also apply to special offers and special rates.
The date of arrival determines whether the cancellation policy applies to summer or winter.
Cancellations must be made in writing, preferably by email to info@zirbenhof-pitztal.at. The date and time we receive the cancellation will determine whether it is accepted.
For lodging contracts concluded for a specific date or period, there is no statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 18(1)(10) of the FAGG. The cancellation terms agreed upon at the time of booking apply, as do the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry.

Sometimes things don't go as planned, and a booked stay has to be canceled or cut short. To protect yourself from potential cancellation fees, we recommend purchasing hotel cancellation insurance.
